Lisbon/Sintra Day 4! This day is sparkling, I'll never let it go

Travel day today! But not to another country, just to another city. Basically all the hotels in Lisbon were booked (maybe because a special someone is in town?!) and so we had to move to Sintra, which is about 20-30 minutes away. Not far at all, and its closer to the beaches! Our first pit stop on the way was at this beautiful ocean look out, where I tried to get some cute pics but it was super windy so it was more of an expectations vs reality type situation. Theresa and I did actually get some super cute pictures though, love that girl to death!

Our next stop was at a monastery that is in the middle of nowhere in the side of a mountain. It was kind of insane to see everything they built. They used a lot of cork, which is something that is very widespread in Portugal. They make lots of things out of it, ties, postcards, etc. Some of the spots felt very secret garden, and everything kind of blended into the nature around it which was beautiful.

Our last stop was actually in Sintra, but it was before we got to our hotel. We went to see these old Moorish castle ruins and it was actually so cool. Very picturesque and lots of beautiful nature. We ate our lunch there and were able to climb up and see an incredible view from on top of the castle walls. Another cute photo op that the wind was determined to ruin for me.

To preface this next part, 20 of us had very important plans tonight... TAYLOR SWIFT!!! The schedule said that we would be done by 3, and one of the girls had confirmed that morning with Valerie that we would be done by 3, which was going to be rushed timing for us to get to the hotel, get ready, and catch an Uber, back to Lisbon where the concert is, but still doable. However, when we got to the castle, Valerie said that we were free to explore until 2:30. Before we could get to the hotel we were going to have to walk all the way back down to the city (30ish minute walk), get our luggage from the bus, walk to the hotel, get checked in, and then get ready etc. I think you can see the problem with that. Luckily Sammy is brave and went and talked to them and got the directors to move up the meeting time to 2. Thank goodness for her, because we met at 2 and then got to the hotel at exactly 3, but the mood was simply just stress. We were all running around like chickens with our heads cut off! But never fear, we pulled it off because we're just that good, and we MADE IT! Get ready for pictures from one of the best nights of my life!!!

The cutest little girls gave me and Marie bracelets even though we didn't have any to trade. So precious!

I cannot believe that I got to see the Eras Tour again. So surreal and our seats were SO good!!! I screamed/sang my heart out the whole night long.
